Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Secure PC Services (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit securepcservices.com, contact us or bring us a device to repair, and what we do with it. We are a computer repair and custom PC building service based in Broward County, Florida.
The short version
- We only collect what we need to answer you and fix your device.
- We never sell your information and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
- We only access the files on your device when the repair requires it, and we do not copy or keep them.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, you give us your name, phone number, email address, and optionally your city, the service you need and a description of the problem. The consent checkbox records that you agreed to be contacted about your request.
When you call, text or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us or send us, such as photos of the problem.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request). These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request, give you a quote and schedule a visit or pickup.
- To carry out the repair or build you asked for.
- To follow up on your service, including warranty claims during the 90-day warranty period.
- To keep basic business and tax records as required by law.
We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not send you promotional messages unless you ask us to.
How contact form messages are handled
Form submissions are delivered directly to our business email inbox. They are not stored in a database on this website. The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and does not use any tracking or profiling.
Your devices and the data on them
Repairing a computer, tablet or phone sometimes requires access to it. When you trust us with a device:
- We only access what is necessary to diagnose and fix the problem.
- We do not browse, copy or share your personal files, photos or messages.
- If a repair puts your data at risk, we make a temporary backup only with your permission, and we delete it once the repair is complete and you confirm your data is intact.
- You are welcome to be present while we work on your device.
